ISEP Spring Banquet

Join us at our Spring Banquet where ISEP celebrates the accomplishments of our IPG Mentees and staff, and the relationships we’ve formed. This year’s theme is Hollywood!  We’ll host a fun evening of IPG memories, along with a photobooth, dance performance, and a light dinner.  You can see banquet photos on Facebook!

 

Coffee Chat x UCI Alumni

Cooking Class with ISEP

Learn to prepare a California-inspired meal in a group cooking class led by a professional chef.

Menu:
BBQ Chicken Pizza Bites
Korean Inspired Chicken Tacos (Kogi style) — or with beans

Cream Stuffed Churros

All participants must be registered with their thumb prints at the ARC before the cooking class.

 

Coffee Chat: Let’s Talk About Stress

Your identity can affect how you live your everyday life. Beyond just a label, your identity also impacts how you view yourself and other people. Come chat about your identity and learn about important identities in other people and cultures!

Join ISEP for a celebration to mark the end of our Food Drive (Weeks 4-7) at UCI’s FRESH Basic Needs Hub.  Meet new and familiar faces, get tips on preparing healthy food on a budget, and to celebrate the winners of our Food Drive.  Refreshments will be served.

Global Viewpoint Lounge, Student Center ISEP’s Global Scholars program presents Speaker Series, a quarterly series meant to create an open discussion about achieving academic excellence and maintaining student success at UCI.Our first Speaker Series of the school year will focus on one question: What does it take to be a successful international student at UCI?

Guest Speaker Dr. Yong Chen , an international student at Cornell University, and now Professor of History at UCI, will be sharing his own background as an international student in the U.S., his tips on excelling in your classes and getting involved in research, and will talk about finding your passion at UCI.
